Infrastructure and fit-out
Change what the building itself is able to do.
Industrial facility services
Rejuva plans and delivers facility projects for warehouses, distribution centres and production plants across Europe. Whichever trades a job calls for, we bring in the specialists and coordinate them ourselves, so you keep dealing with one company from the first survey through to handover.
Solutions
Rejuva is an industrial facility services company that upgrades, adapts and maintains existing warehouses, distribution centres and factories throughout Europe, across fifteen disciplines that run from racking, mezzanines and LED lighting to fit-out, relocation, line marking and impact protection. What separates Rejuva from a general contractor is that each discipline is carried out by a firm that does that work full time, while the client keeps one contract, one budget and one project manager for the whole job. If your project sits between these services or outside them altogether, it is still worth asking, because we start from the problem in the building rather than from the list.
Change what the building itself is able to do.
Improve how the building performs day to day.
Protect the people, the stock and the structure.
Work out what is worth doing before committing the budget.
How we work
You do not need a finished brief or a technical specification to get in touch. Most projects reach us as a description of something that is not working in the building, and we take it from there.
Tell us about the building, the constraint you are working around and the date it has to be finished by. Photographs or a floor plan speed things up, though neither is needed for a first answer.
We bring in the people who work in that discipline every day, then come back with a proposed approach, an indicative programme and a budget you can put in front of whoever signs it off.
From that point the project runs through one contact at Rejuva, including work spread across several buildings or several countries, so you are not left managing a list of suppliers yourself.
Why Rejuva
These are the terms we take work on. Where a project cannot be delivered on them we would rather say so while it is still a quotation, instead of discovering it halfway through an installation.
We work with you, not just for you. Your goals become our goals.
Before quoting anything we want to understand what the project has to achieve operationally, because the right specification usually follows from that rather than from a list of equipment.
Specialists in every service we offer. No generalists, only proven solutions.
Every discipline in the catalogue is delivered by people who have done that same work in a comparable industrial environment, which is why we will decline a job rather than improvise one.
Pan-European coverage through trusted partners. One contact, full reach.
Working across borders normally means assembling and managing a supplier list in each country. That coordination stays on our side, and you keep a single commercial relationship.
We deliver what we promise. On time, on budget, no surprises.
Scope, programme and budget are agreed in writing before anyone starts, and when something shifts on site you hear about it from us before it reaches your own deadlines.
Sectors
What happens inside the building tells us more than the label on it, since a chilled food warehouse and a pharmaceutical one raise much the same questions about flooring, air quality and separating pedestrians from traffic. These are the environments Rejuva works in most often.
